Payment options are cash or credit card. All order are paid at time of ordering.
PostageShipping will vary slightly based on the type of order placed. Orders sent directly by Cheeky Angel Australia will have a recorded delivery. Cheeky Angel Australia cannot be held responsible for any item lost in the post.Cheeky Angel Australia post within Australia Only.
Online OrderDelivery within Australia is via Australia Post. Delivery time with Australia post is normally within 5 to 10 business days to capital cities. Suburbs and Country towns may take up to 14 business days and 14 -21 business day for all International deliveries. All prices are in Australia currency.
Subject to availability we aim to have orders which are placed Monday - Friday will be dispatched within 72 hours after receiving full payment. On lingerie orders please allow 7 business days if in stock and up to 21 days if out of stock. If out of stock your items will be ordered and please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If the garment is not available a representative of Cheeky Angel Australia will contact you.
Party PlanWe offer you the choice of a 3 and 4 weeks delivery from the first Monday after the date of your party. Your consultant will discuss delivery date and times with you. Please note; no early or part delivery will be allowed before the set date, unless this has been organise by the consultant. For parties that are an hour or more in travel time for the consultant will have their order delivered via post.
Individual Orders - One on one orders or Party sale under $250, Consultant orders or individual orders ship to one address $9.95 or 10% of the order subtotal, whichever is greater.
BackorderOn occasions back orders do occur. Cheeky Angel Australia makes every effort to avoid back orders. If a back order occurs, a representative of Cheeky Angel Australia will contact the customer by email or phone advising of the back order.
Exchange/ReturnDue to the nature of our products and health reasons we cannot offer exchanges or return if you change your mind. So please choose carefully before purchasing. All orders are final.
Lingerie - In the case on incorrect sizing we will offer an exchange for the correct size.
Please notify Cheeky Angel Australia within 3 business day quoting invoice number and a return authorization will be given. The return authorization number is valid for 14 days only after this time the return authorization will be cancel, will not be excepted and return to sender.
All items must be but not limited to: in original packaging, unworn, unsoiled and swing tags attached. Return freight paid by the customer and the new garment will be sent freight free by Cheeky Angel Australia for the first exchange only, customer will paid for further postage cost. Items returned without a return authorization or after the 14 days will not be accepted.
If purchased via party plan you will need to contact your consultant. Refunds only applicable with proof of purchase.
If you are a Hostess and have a refund is required, please note that refunds can only be given for the cash amount paid for the returned item. If you are returning a garment which was provided by Cheeky Angel as a Hostess Half Price/ Percentage off Gift, a refund can be issued for the value of half/percentage off the retail cost. Please note that if a refund is required you will have no further entitlement to a Hostess Half Price/ Percentage off Gift is forfeited.
If you are returning a garment which was provided by Cheeky Angel as a Hostess Credits gift, you are entitled to a cash refund in the amount of cash paid above the Hostess Credits earned. Once a refund is required all Hostess Credits are forfeited.
Defective/Faulty ProductFor faulty products, we offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value (paid) of the faulty product.
What is NOT a genuine manufacturing fault or flaw? Using in an in purpose way, accidentally damaged, dropped, misuse, water, moisture incorrect power supplied, battery failure etc.
Please notify Cheeky Angel Australia by email quoting invoice number and a return authorization will be given. The return item must include all of its original packaging and swing tags. All items must be hygienically clean. When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details: you full name, your order number, reason why your are returning the product, include the original invoice you received with your product.
Policy for returning your Lingerie:
- The garment labels are still attached to the garment.
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled.
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
- The garment is accompanied by the original receipt.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits. Please remember to wear a underwear when trying on your lingerie. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.
Return freight paid by the customer and the replacement item will be sent freight free by Cheeky Angel Australia. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted. Refunds only applicable with proof of purchase.
We recommend using recorded delivery as we at Cheeky Angel Australia cannot be held responsible for any item lost in the post. For all replacement products please allow 21-28 days as the item may have to be manufactured for replacement. A replacement product will be shipped freight free.
Sale ItemAll clearance and sale items are non returnable no exception. Full description of item with any defective or faults will or can be provided. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
