All products sold through cheekyangel.com and cheekyangel.com.au are sold as NOVELTY PRODUCTS, Cheeky Angel Australia can not be held responsible for injury caused by improper use.

Online ordering is easy all our products are accessible by clicking on the product tabs. Follow to directions with each click and before you know it your shopping is done. All our prices include 10% GST. Please retain you invoice for proof of purchase and please note that Cheeky Angel Australia trades in Australian Dollars.

Bank details are available please ask your Consultant or call the office of 07 3245 4771 for the Internet available on checkout. Cash is available on delivery for party plan only. Please discuss this with you consultant. We currently only accept Australia Currency.  

Internet: Free Postage within Australia. Delivery within Australia is via Australia Post or Fast Way Couriers. Delivery time with Australia post is normally within 5 to 10 business days to capital cities. Suburbs and Country towns may take up to 14 business days and 14 -21 business day for all International deliveries. All prices are in Australia currency.

Fast Way delivery times as follows;

♥      Queensland to NSW within 2-3 working days

♥      Queensland to Victoria within 3 to 4 days

♥      Queensland to Tasmania and Western Australia 7 working days. 

Australia post offers Express post overnight delivery Monday - Friday to capital cities and some country town cost of $10.00.

  Party Plan -We offer you the choice of a 3, 4 or 6 weeks delivery from the first Monday after the date of your party. Your consultant will discuss delivery date and times with you. Please note; no early or part delivery will be allowed before the set date, unless this has been organise by the consultant. For parties that are an hour or more in travel time for the consultant will have their order delivered via courier. For information and postage cost please contact your consultant.

Internet: Subject to availability we aim to have Cheeky Toys and Kama Sutra orders which are placed Monday - Friday will be dispatched within 72 hours after receiving full payment. On lingerie orders please allow 7 business days if in stock and up to 21 days if out of stock. If out of stock your items will be ordered and please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If the garment is not available a representative of Cheeky Angel Australia will contact you.

Party Plan: We offer you the choice of 2, 4 or 6 week delivery from date of your party. For further information please contact your consultant.

Unfortunately, on occasions back orders do occur.  Cheeky Angel Australia makes every effort to avoid back orders.  If a back order occurs, a representative of Cheeky Angel Australia will contact the customer by email or phone advising of the back order.  The customer will be asked if they wish the back order to continue or if they would like to order an alternative item.  A refund for the back ordered item will also be offered if the customer chooses.

Here at Cheeky Angel Australia we know how important privacy is to our value customer. Be ashore we do everything in our power to keep your order and personal information discreet and we DO NOT sale any personal information. All our packaging is discreetly packed in plain brown paper and placed in an Australia post parcel pack unless gift wrapping is requested.

Due to the nature of our products and health reasons we cannot offer exchanges or return if you change your mind. So please choose carefully before purchasing. 

Lingerie - In the case on incorrect sizing we will offer an exchange for the correct size. 

Please notify Cheeky Angel Australia within 5 business day quoting invoice number and a return authorization will be given. All items must be in original packaging, unworn, unsoiled and swing tags attached. Return freight paid by the customer and the new garment will be sent freight free by Cheeky Angel Australia. Cheeky Angel Australia must be notified within 5 days. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted. All Cancellation will incur a 20% restocking charge. If purchased via party plan to contact your consultant or the office.

In the case of incorrect product delivery you can return the product for replacement for the correct product in which you had original ordered. Only IF the incorrect product has NOT been open or damaged in anyway. All items must be in original packaging, unworn, unused, unsoiled and swing tags attached. We cannot accept item back once the package seal has been open/or broken. Please notify Cheeky Angel Australia by email quoting invoice number and a return authorization will be given. If purchased via party plan please contact your consultant or the office. Return freight paid by the customer and the original item will be sent freight free by Cheeky Angel Australia. Cheeky Angel Australia must be notified within 2 days. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted.PLEASE DO NOT OPEN

14 Day Manufacturer Warranty.

What is NOT a genuine manufacturing fault or flaw?

Using in an in purpose way, accidentally damaged, dropped, misuse, water, moisture incorrect power supplied, battery failure etc.

In the case of genuine manufacturing fault or flaw - Please notify Cheeky Angel Australia by email quoting invoice number and a return authorization will be given. The return item must include all of its original packaging and swing tags. Return freight paid by the customer and the original item will be sent freight free by Cheeky Angel Australia. Cheeky Angel Australia must be notified within 2 days. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted.

On receiving the returned product it will be immediately examined. If we found the product has a genuine manufacturing fault or flaw an identical replacement product will be sent.

If the returned product is found to be not to have a genuine manufacturing fault or flaw you will be contacted by email. A handling fee of $10.00 + re-shipping cost will be applicable and this will be required to be paid by you before your product is returned.

We recommend using recorded delivery as we at Cheeky Angel Australia can not be held responsible for any item lost in the post.

 For all replacement products please allow 21-28 days as the item may have to be manufactured for replacement. A replacement product will be shipped freight free.

All clearance and sale items are non – returnable no exception. Full description of item with any defective or faults will or can be provided. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
